Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities:

3. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities, and utilize insights to develop effective marketing initiatives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience across all digital channels.
5. Oversee the management and optimization of company websites, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and user experience.
6. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating compelling content, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
7. Implement and manage social media marketing strategies, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
8. Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
4. Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze website performance and track campaign success.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
9. Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
3. Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
4. Familiarity with website development and CMS platforms.
5. Experience in the B2B marketing industry.
